Featuring stunning natural surrounds, kilometres of deserted beaches, rainforest and National Park. Nestled discreetly in this setting are 2 infinity pools, 4 tennis courts, kids play facilities and tree-top BBQ pavilions – all available for your use.
SUSTAINABILITYThe Sunrise 1770 Eco Estate features community and individual PV solar systems, recycling of water, rainwater collection and restrictions on infrastructure and building to reduce the impact on the pristine environment’s flora and fauna.
During turtle nesting season residents are asked to keep front house lights dimmed while street lights are set low to prevent artificial light impacting the turtles.
We avoid the single-use of plastic from all angles by supplying large bottles of shampoos, conditioners, detergents etc.
There is a ready supply of reusable bags for shopping or beach.
Also, we have provided reusable water containers for you to enjoy our filtered water when not at home.
Much of the furniture in the house is made from recycled or ethically sourced timber.
